As a result, THE REMIX will be the community Anchor that larger innovation and technology companies are looking to establish partnerships with.

Our communities have recently been greatly impacted with a pandemic, social unrest and racial injustice that has caused us all to change the way we conduct our lives. Our world is changing everyday. The Remix is embracing that change and redefining who we can be. Our communities have recently been greatly impacted with a pandemic, social unrest and racial injustice that has caused us all to change the way we conduct our lives. Some of us have been affected more severely and it’s going to take a village to restore our communities. The ReMix is taking this challenge head on and making this restoration a reality by restoring our building located at 4554 Delmar in the city of St. Louis that sits directly on the well documented “Delmar Divide”. Our mission is to help redesign our image and make it more appealing for everyone who has a stake in its success. Our community is made up of many parts and we see the beauty these parts can create with collaboration and dedication. We will collaborate our efforts with other community organizations to support the work that is already being done. Our focus will be on helping to stabilize families in this difficult time with our "Innovation Village". We will also focus on supporting small and minority owned businesses with incubator space that will allow them to reduce operating cost as soon as the building is restored. Our rooftop community garden will also be a community effort to enhance the healing process of our neighbors who have found it difficult to find healthy food options.
